Amenzi aplicate transportatorilor de pasageri

Mai mulți conducători auto, care prestează servicii regulate de transport de pasageri contra cost au fost trași pe dreapta de către Inspectorii Agenției Naționale Transport Auto (ANTA). În cadrul acțiunilor de control inspectorii ANTA au verificat corectitudinea eliberării tichetelor de călătorie de către conducătorii auto, modalitatea de efectuare a curselor regulate, dar și legalitatea actelor permisive, în bază cărora activează operatorii de transport. Drept urmare a acțiunilor enunțate, doar în timp de câteva ore, inspectorii ANTA au constatat un șir de nereguli cu privire la modul de eliberare a biletelor și înregistrarea pasagerilor în borderoul de evidență al biletelor, astfel fiind întocmite procese-verbale cu privire la contravenție, fiind aplicate amenzi în sumă totală de cca 23 mii de lei. „Operațiunea se înscrie în șirul de acțiuni demarate de Ministerul Transporturilor în comun cu Agenția Națională Transport Auto, în scopul descurajării operatorilor auto care aplică asemenea procedee incorecte față de călători.Transportatorii trebuie să își exercite activitatea corect, atât din punct de vedere al siguranței rutiere, precum și a reflectării corecte a mijloacelor financiare încasate, ca urmare a serviciilor de transport prestate”, a declarat viceministrul Transporturilor Sergiu Bucataru. Ministerul Transporturilor precizează că operațiunile desfășurate au menirea să responsabilizeze transportatorii în vederea respectării legislației în vigoare, precum și să asigure o calitate înaltă a serviciilor prestate.
