Amenzi mai mari pentru neachitarea la timp a pensiilor, burselor și indemnizațiilor

Sancțiunile pentru neachitarea în termen a pensiilor, burselor, indemnizațiilor, precum și a altor plăți cu caracter permanent ar putea fi majorate. Un proiect de lege, care prevede modificarea Codului contravențional a fost înregistrat în Parlament. Sancțiunea se va aplica în cazul încălcării intenționate cu mai mult de două luni a termenului stabilit pentru achitarea acestor plăți. Astfel, amenda pentru persoanele fizice va fi de la 100 la 150 u.c., pentru persoanele cu funcții de răspundere – de la 160 la 250 u.c., iar pentru persoanele juridice – de la 300 la 400 u.c. În prezent, amenda pentru persoanele fizice este de la 75 la 100 u.c., pentru persoanele cu funcție de răspundere – de la 110 la 200 u.c., iar pentru persoanele juridice – de la 220 la 300 u.c. Potrivit autorilor, majorarea amenzilor are drept scop protejarea unor categorii de persoane social-vulnerabile, cum ar fi pensionarii, studenții, dar și alte persoane care se bucură de unele plăți cu caracter permanent și pentru care pensiile, bursele, indemnizațiile constituie unica sursă de existență.
