Amenzile aplicate de către Serviciul Vamal

În cadrul activităţilor de control desfăşurate de către inspectorii Serviciului Vamal în zonele de competenţă, în perioada 28 decembrie 2015 - 03 ianuarie 2016 au fost înregistrate 97 cazuri contravenţionale și aplicate amenzi în sumă de peste 200 mii lei. Frontiera Republicii Moldova pe ambele sensuri a fost traversată de circa 54 mii autoturisme, peste 8 mii autocamioane și în jur de 1 800 autocare. Menționăm că cele mai multe unități auto au traversat frontiera de stat prin următoarele posturi vamale: Leușeni-Albița (rutier) - 13 006; Sculeni-Sculeni (auto) – 9 653; Giurgiulești-Galați (rutier) – 7 892. Totodată, în perioada de referință au fost eliberate 8 912 viniete, fiind alocate în bugetul de stat aproximativ 2 milioane lei. Serviciul Vamal face apel la atitudinea responsabilă a cetăţenilor și respectarea procedurii de achitare a taxei - Vinieta din timp. Datorită mecanismelor de control şi sistemului automatizat de evidenţă gestionat de Serviciul Vamal, orice tentativă de fraudare a legii va fi depistată cu aplicarea sancţiunilor de rigoare. Astfel, în intervalul de timp menționat, inspectorii vamali au descoperit 82 cazuri de depăşire a termenului vinietei, aplicând amenzi în sumă de 190 mii lei. Reamintim că taxa pentru folosirea drumurilor Republicii Moldova de către autovehiculele înmatriculate în străinătate variază de la 4 la 50 euro. În perioada sărbătorilor, au crescut seminificativ tentativele de fraudare a legislației vamale, făptașii mizând pe simplificarea procedurilor de control în vederea fluidizării traficului din posturile vamale, anunțată de autoritățile de frontieră pe durata sărbătorilor de iarnă. Reiterăm că inspectorii vamali aplică în continuare toate instrumentele necesare pentru contracararea tentativelor de contrabandă, iar cei implicați în ilegalități vor fi sancționați conform legislației. Astfel, vameșii au reținut în vederea confiscării câteva loturi de țigări și au prevenit mai multe cazuri de declarare neautentică și de eschivare de la achitarea plăților vamale.
