Анализ бюджета Комрата по итогам 2016 г.

Доходная часть комратского бюджета за 2016 г. была выполнена на 106,1%. Собственные доходы мэрии составили 30,62 млн леев. Трансферты из регионального и государственного бюджета были выполнены на 100% - 23,47 млн леев. В итоге, общие доходы города составили 54,3 млн леев, сообщила специалист мэрии по планированию Светлана Пометко. Доходы в бюджет поступали в основном от выплаты налогов: - налоги на доходы – 12,92 млн леев; - налоги на собственность – 2,16 млн леев; - налоги и сборы на товары и услуги - 9,08 млн леев; - доходы от собственности – 1,5 млн леев; - доходы от продажи товаров и услуг – 3,14 млн леев; - административные сборы и платежи - 88 тыс. леев; - добровольные пожертвования - 213 тыс. леев: - прочие доходы - 2,79 млн леев. Для покрытия дефицита бюджета в Комрате на сумму в 2,29 млн леев были проданы земельные участки. Расходы города составили 45,64 млн леев. Плановые показатели не были превышены. Резервный фонд в 2016 года был выделен на оказание единовременной помощи населению. Эта сумма составила 282 тыс. 500 леев. Кредиторская задолженность уменьшилась на 3,87 млн леев. Таким образом, по состоянию на 1 января 2017 года долги составили 1,76 млн леев. «Хочу отметить, что это наши текущие расходы. Просроченной и долгосрочной задолженностей у нас нет», - уточнила специалист мэрии Светлана Пометко. По итогам анализа исполнения бюджета мэрией, муниципальные советники решили премировать сотрудников за достигнутые показатели. Каждому работнику будет начислено еще по одному месячному окладу.
