(Doc) Analiza guvernanţei bugetar-fiscale în Republica Moldova în comparaţie cu practica UE

Ministerul Finanţelor informează despre rezultatele consultărilor asupra analizei guvernanţei bugetar-fiscale în Republica Moldova în raport cu cerinţele şi practicile UE, precum şi evaluarea preliminară a relevanţei instituirii unui consiliu bugetar-fiscal în Republica Moldova. Ministerul Finanţelor a elaborat analiza pe parcursul anilor 2015-2016 cu suportul oferit în cadrul Proiectului din partea Comisiei Europene „Asistenţa tehnică pentru îmbunătăţirea politicilor şi managementului în domeniul finanţelor publice în Moldova” şi în strânsă cooperare cu reprezentanţii unor state membre ale UE selectate (Lituania, Slovacia, Suedia) şi alte ţări în tranziţie (Serbia), precum şi ca urmare a unui amplu proces de consultare cu autorităţile publice interesate şi alte organizaţii relevante în domeniu din partea societăţii civile.
