Analiza politicii fiscale și vamale, în prima ediție a revistei din acest an

Permiterea spre deducere a datoriilor în valoare de până la 1000 lei al căror termen de prescripție a expirat, deducerea cheltuielilor suportate de angajator pentru orice plăți efectuate în folosul angajatului, extinderea, cu un an, a scutirii de impozitul pe venit a dobânzilor bancare a persoanelor fizice, aplicarea taxării inverse pentru livrările de bunuri, implementarea declarației pe termen lung a furnizorului și alte măsuri noi de ordin fiscal vor fi implementate în anul curent. În primul număr din acest an al revistei „monitorul fiscal FISC.md”, ce va apărea de sub tipar la începutul lunii februarie, va fi publicat un material dedicat politicii fiscale și vamale pentru anul 2020. Articolul este elaborat de secretarul de stat al Ministerului Finanțelor, Dorel Noroc, în colaborare cu șeful adjunct al Direcției politici fiscale și vamale a MF, Corina Alexa și consultantul principal din cadrul Direcției, Inga Catană. Prin acest articol oferim cititorilor noștri posibilitatea de a lua cunoștință de aspectele cele mai importante ale politicii fiscale și vamale, fiind descrise detaliat toate măsurile prevăzute. Politica fiscală și vamală pentru anul 2020 a fost aprobată prin Legea nr. nr.171/2019 cu privire la modificarea unor acte legislative și are la bază: stabilirea unor reguli clare de impozitare bazate pe simplitate în procesul de calculare și achitare a impozitelor și taxelor, asigurarea unei previzibilități a politicii fiscale și crearea unui mediu investițional atractiv, stimularea proceselor economice, precum și extinderea bazei fiscale.
