Anatol Arapu, la Viena: Legea Contabilității va fi supusă unei revizuiri

Legea Contabilității Republicii Moldova va fi supusă unei revizuiri în curând, astfel încât să corespundă mai multor directive ale Uniunii Europene. Anunțul a fost făcut de ministrul Finanţelor, Anatol Arapu, care a participat recent la Conferinţa ministerială a Centrului Băncii Mondiale pentru Reforma Raportării Financiare a (CRRF), care s-a desfășurat la Viena. Ministrul Finanţelor a ținut un discurs în plenul conferinţei ministeriale în care a subliniat preocuparea Republicii Moldova pentru sporirea competitivităţii Întreprinderilor Mici și Mijlocii (ÎMM) şi importanţa reformelor realizate recent în domeniul raportării financiare corporative pentru ÎMM-urile din Republica Moldova, dar şi următorii paşi care urmează a fi realizaţi în acestă direcţie.
Principalele caracteristici distinctive ale noilor SNC, în contextul conformării acestora cu legislația europeană din domeniu este că noile SNC-uri ajusteasă și mai mult normele contabile naționale la cerințele Directivei UE și IFRS. Totodată, se iau în considerare și prevederile legislației naționale în vigoare, nivelul actual de dezvoltare al entităților, și gradul de pregătire al specialiștilor, a declarat ministrul.
Totodată, Anatol Arapu a menționat că anumiți indicatori, cum ar conţinutul propus al bilanţului şi situației de profit și pierdere diferă de cele din Directiva UE trebuie să fie revizuite. Conţinutul propus al situației de profit și pierdere este mai prescurtat decât formatele oferite de către directiva UE. Pe viitor, bilanţul şi situația de profit şi pierdere se vor conforma treptat cu cerințele Directivei UE. Ministrul a subliniat că Republica Moldova și-a asumat obligația de a finaliza transpunerea legislației europene în domeniul contabilității și auditului în termen de maxim 3 ani de la semnarea Acordului de Asociere. În ceea ce privește activitatea ÎMM -urilor,ministrul a subliniat că acestea au un rol important în economia Moldovei. Peste 97% din entități sunt ÎMM, care angajează circa 58% din forța de muncă și generează 35% din veniturile totale pe economie. Numărul mediu al salariaţilor ÎMM-urilor nu depăşeşte 9 persoane, iar valoarea contabilă totală a activelor la data nu depăşeşte 3 milioane lei sau 160.000 de euro.
