Angajatorii din orașe ar putea fi obligați să achite salariile doar prin intermediul cardurilor bancare

Angajatorii din zonele urbane ar putea fi obligați să achite salariile angajaților doar prin intermediul cardurilor bancare, alegând instituția financiară prin concurs. Un amendament în acest sens la Legea salarizării a fost aprobat de către membrii Comisiei parlamentare protecție socială, sănătate și familie, la propunerea Guvernui. Președintele comisiei Oxana Domenti a menționat că amendamentul propus de autor este că angajații să poată să-și aleagă instituția financiară de unde își vor putea scoate salariul. Însă Guvernul a propus ca angajatorii, prin concurs, să aleagă prestatorul de plată, însă salariații să nu aibă această posibilitate. Guvernul propune ca în zonele urbane angajatorii vor trebui să achite salariile doar prin virament, iar cash nu va mai fi posibil, cu achitarea serviciilor respective din contul angajatorului. În orașe se va acceptă achitarea salariilor în numerar, pe un termen limitat până la 3 luni, doar în cazul dacă instituția este în incapacitate de activitate, reorganizare sau în situația în care conturile unității sunt blocate din motive juridice, a explicat Domenti. Potivit ei, în localitățile rurale plata salariile este posibil atât prin virament, cât și prin numerar la locul de muncă al salariatului cu acordul în scris al acestuia. Astfel, propunerea Guvernului se transformă în mai multe opțiuni pentru cei de la sate și doar una pentru salariații din orașe. Deputata Valentina Buliga a subliniat că în acest sens Guvernul vrea să elimine economia tenebră și salariile în plic. La fel, Guvernul a ținut cont că nu în toate satele din țară este acces la bancomate și la prestatori de servicii bancare. Totodată, Buliga a precizat că acest proiect a fost discutat în comisia tripartită, iar Sindicatele și Patronatele au convenit că aceasta este o formulă acceptabilă de toți. În final, majoritatea membrilor Comisiei protecție socială, sănătate și familie au susținut varianta de modificare a Legii salarizării propusă de Guvern.
