Angajatorii vor fi obligați să suporte cheltuielile pentru investigaţiile privind diagnosticul bolii profesionale

Angajatorii vor fi obligaţi să suporte cheltuielile în cazul efectuării investigaţiilor de laborator privind diagnosticul bolii profesionale, conform Regulamentului sanitar privind modul de cercetare şi stabilire a diagnosticului de boală profesională, care este publicat în Monitorul Oficial al RM. Regulamentul are drept scop creşterea responsabilităţii angajatorilor privind îndeplinirea măsurilor pentru îmbunătăţirea condiţiilor de muncă şi prevenirea bolilor profesionale. Elaborarea modelului de monitorizare a stării de sănătate a persoanelor afectate va permite supravegherea stării de sănătate şi reabilitarea acestora. Potrivit documentului, medicul-şef al Centrului de Sănătate Publică teritorial, în baza Fişei de semnalare, asigură inițierea cercetării cazului de suspiciune a bolii (intoxicației) profesionale în termen de 24 de ore pentru bolile (intoxicaţiile) profesionale acute și de 72 de ore pentru bolile (intoxicaţiile) profesionale cronice. Cercetarea cazului de suspiciune a bolii (intoxicaţiei) profesionale acute la persoana trimisă pentru îndeplinirea lucrărilor la o altă întreprindere, se efectuează de către Centrul de Sănătate Publică teritorial, unde se află întreprinderea dată, cu participarea reprezentantului angajatorului. În urma cercetării, se admite completarea doar a unei Note informative de către medicul-șef al Centrului de Sănătate Publică teritorial care a primit Fișa de semnalare, privind existenţa/lipsa legăturii condiţiilor de muncă cu boala (intoxicaţia) profesională. Totodată, angajatorul este obligat să formeze, la data primirii Fișei de semnalare, o comisie pentru cercetarea cazului de suspiciune a bolii (intoxicaţiei) profesionale în următoarea componență: specialistul în securitate și sănătate în muncă sau, după caz, specialistul serviciului extern de protecție și prevenire, reprezentantul angajatorului și persoanei afectate, precum şi reprezentantul sindicatului. În prezent, cercetarea şi stabilirea bolilor profesionale se face pe baza unui ordin al Ministerului Sănătăţii. Potrivit informaţiilor oficiale, din numărul total de locuri de muncă disponibile, timp de un an, aproape 14 la sută nu ar corespunde normativelor în ceea ce priveşte factorii chimici, iar 10% - în ceea ce priveşte factorii fizici.
