ANI: doar 17,9 mii de subiecți au depus declarația de avere și interese personale

La situația din 1 martie 2021, doar 17,9 mii subiecți ai declarării de avere și interese personale (inclusiv la angajare, eliberare din funcție sau repetitive) din numărul total de circa 60 de mii au depus declarația. Autoritatea Națională de Integritate (ANI) reamintește termenul-limită de depunere a acesteia expiră pe data de 31 martie și, pentru a evita suprasolicitarea sistemului în ultimele zile de depunere, atenționează toți funcționarii publici și persoanele cu funcție de demnitate publică să se responsabilizeze.  
 
Totodată, autoritatea solicită conducătorilor instituțiilor publice să acorde angajaților săi informațiile privind veniturile salariale din anul precedent. Concomitent, persoanele desemnate responsabile de introducerea subiecților declarării în Registrul electronic, trebuie să asigure buna desfășurare a procesului de depunere a declarațiilor on-line, inclusiv prin punerea la dispoziția personalului a ghidului tematic și acordarea consultanței referitoare la completarea corectă și depunerea on-line în termen a declarației de avere și interese personale.
 
ANI amintește subiecților declarării că aceștia urmează să verifice valabilitatea semnăturilor electronice înainte de a demara procedura de completare a declarațiilor de avere și interese personale.
 
Responsabilii din cadrul ANI sunt disponibili de a acorda consultanța necesară subiecților declarării la numerele afișate pe banda rulantă de culoare roșie de pe pagina web a ANI, inclusiv la Linia Instituțională de informare (022 820 620).
 
Pentru nedepunerea declarațiilor în termenele prevăzute de lege se aplică sancțiuni în mărime de la 3000 la 4500 lei. La fel, pentru includerea incompletă sau incorectă a datelor din declarațiile de avere și interese personale, funcționarii riscă să devină subiecții unei proceduri de control sau a unei cauze sub aspect penal/fiscal.
