ANRE a modificat regulamentul privind calitatea serviciilor de transport a energiei electrice

Documentul prevede limitarea numărulului şi duratei sistărilor planificate de curent, chiar şi în cazul unor avarii. Operatorii sunt nemulţumiţi de modificări. Durata întreruperilor programate de energie electrică a fost redusă de la 12 până la opt ore, în timpul unei zile. De asemenea, a fost micşorat şi numărul anual al sistărilor planificate. Am propus ca să fie limitat numărul de întreruperi legate de racordarea consumatorilor noi. Deci vom avea pentru un consumator final cel mult cinci plus două întreruperi pe parcursul anului, a afirmat şeful Secţiei Calitate a Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Reglementare în Energetică, Lilian Barcaru. Potrivit regulamentului, timp de un an, operatorii pot întrerupe neplanificat curentul de maxim şase ori în oraşe şi nouă ori în sate. De asemenea, a fost redus şi timpul în care consumatorul va rămâne fără energie electrică pe parcursul unei zile. Durata întreruperii neprogramate, avariate o să fie redusă treptat. Începând cu 2018, reducem această durată admisă până la şase ore pentru urban şi 12 - pentru rural, a spus Lilian Barcaru. Operatorii consideră că modificările sunt prea drastice. Reprezentanţii companiilor din sector afirmă, că angajaţii nu pot să execute lucrările în fugă: sunt nişte norme de securitate, nişte norme care trebuie să fie îndeplinite. Din 2019, regulatorul obligă distribuitorii să achite necondiţionat despăgubiri consumatorilor care rămân fără energie electrică mai mult de opt ore. În prezent, compensaţiile erau plătite doar dacă cetăţenii depuneau cereri la ANRE. Anul trecut, suma despăgubirilor a fost de peste 700 mii lei pentru 1,6 mii de consumatori.
