Apă-Canal может получить на этой неделе 2 млн евро от ЕБРР

Apă-Canal может получить на этой неделе 2 млн. евро от Европейского банка реконструкции и развития в рамках проекта по модернизации предприятия. Деньги будут выделены до утверждения новых тарифов на воду. Это позволит разблокировать нашу финансовую ситуацию, - заявила на оперативном совещании в мэрии глава Apă-Canal Вероника Херца. Она добавила, что все запрашиваемые документы и отчеты были предоставлены банку. По словам Херцы, специально для этого в минувшую пятницу собрался и админсовет Apă-Canal. Общая стоимость проекта по модернизации предприятия, напомним, составляет более 60 млн. евро и финансируется ЕБРР и ЕИБ. Херца рассказала, что финансовая ситуация на предприятии все еще тяжелая. В первый день моей работы в качестве директора один из наших поставщиков оборудования предъявил счет на оплату 16,2 млн. леев, - привела пример директор предприятия. В начале сентября руководство Apă-Canal уже сообщало, что находится в сложном положении и рискует провалить реализацию проекта. Кроме того, ранее финансовое управление кишиневской мэрии выявило, что Apă-Canal покупает офисное оборудование по чрезмерно завышенным ценам. Также муниципальное предприятие заключило три контракта с фирмой, принадлежащей бывшему директору Apă-Canal Константину Бекчиеву.
