„Apă-Canal Chişinău” insistă pe majorarea tarifelor

„Apă-Canal Chişinău” insistă pe majorarea tarifelor în municipiul Chişinău. Reprezentanţii întreprinderii solicită o creştere cu peste 50% a costurilor pentru livrarea apei şi serviciilor de canalizare. Furnizorul cere aproape 14 lei pentru un metru cub de apă, faţă de 9 lei şi 19 bani cât este acum. Primarul capitalei a precizat însă că nu există temei pentru revizuirea preţurilor. Reprezentanţii companiei susţin că sunt constrânşi să ceară un tarif mai mare, din cauza că acest lucru este prevăzut în acordurile de împrumut pe care întreprinderea le are semnate cu BERD şi BEI, instituţii care au acordat bani pentru renovarea infrastructurii. La rândul său, primarul Dorin Chirtoacă este de părere că întreprinderea îşi poate asuma aceste cheltuieli, deoarece veniturile depăşesc anual 580 de milioane de lei. „Trebuie făcute economii şi trebuie găsite modalităţi de a depăşi situaţia. Fie creditele la băncile comerciale, dacă o să vă permită BERD, fie tăieri de cheltuieli pe interior”, a declarat el. Puşi în faţa unui nou val de scumpiri, locuitorii capitalei spun că nu ştiu cum le vor face faţă. În iulie 2015, compania i-a solicitat ANRE-ului majorarea cu 40% a tarifului. Atunci, Agenţia a respins cererea, argumentând că nu există temei pentru majorarea preţurilor. Ultima ajustare a tarifului pentru apă a avut loc în 2009.
