Asistență macrofinanciară va asigura menținerea stabilității fiscale

Uniunea Europeană va acorda țării noastre o asistență macrofinanciară în valoare de până la 100 mil. euro. Guvernul a aprobat semnarea Acordului de împrumut dintre Republica Moldova și Uniunea Europeană privind asistența macrofinaciară și a Memorandumului de înțelegere. Asistența macrofinanciară pentru Republica Moldova de către Uniunea Europeană prevede o operațiune de finanțare în valoare de 100 mil. euro, dintre care 60 mil. vor fi acordate sub formă de împrumut, iar 40 mil. euro sub formă de grant. Asistența macrofinanciară va contribui la dezvoltarea unui cadru economic mai stabil, inclusiv prin promovarea unei balanțe de plăți și a unei situații bugetare sustenabile, precum și a unui cadru adecvat pentru reformele structurale, a declarat ministrul Finanțelor, Octavian Armașu. Potrivit ministrului, asistența va fi debursată în trei tranșe pentru anul 2018 și va avea loc în funcție de progresele înregistrate la implementarea prevederilor Memorandumului cu FMI și a condiționalităților convenite între țara noastră și Uniunea Europeană. Termenul de împrumut este de maximum 15 ani, iar rata dobânzii aplicate pentru fiecare tranșă va depinde de costul la care va face împrumuturi Comisia Europeană pe piaţa financiară internaţională. Semnarea Acordului dat, inclusiv a Memorandului de înțelgere, va crea condiții pentru creșterea economică durabilă, menținerea stabilității fiscale și macroeconomice, precum și la reducerea sărăciei în Republica Moldova, a mai adăugat ministrul. Memoradumul de înțelegere conține 28 de condiționalități, pe care Republica Moldova trebuie să le respecte și sunt din domenii precum – guvernanță publică, combaterea corupției, reforme în sectorul energetic, guvernanță în sectorul financiar, climat de afaceri, etc.
