Ассоциации фермеров предлагает ввести с 2016 г, схему прямого субсидирования аграриев

Как сообщила пресс-служба министерства сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности, эту инициативу представители фермерских организаций высказали в ходе первого рабочего заседания, посвященного разработке регламента о методах распределения средств Фонда субсидирования сельхозпроизводителей в 2016 г. В частности, они высказались за введение схемы прямого субсидирования и за то, чтобы дополнительные прямые выплаты составляли около половины Фонда субсидирования. К следующему заседанию аграрии представят необходимые расчеты и аргументы в пользу такой формулы субсидирования. В ходе заседания также были представлены результаты распределения средств фонда в 2015 г., включая задолженности за 2014 г. Всего в Агентство по интервенциям и платежам в сельском хозяйстве (AIPA) поступило 4074 заявки на субсидирование на общую сумму 551 млн леев. Субсидии по 46 заявкам на сумму 6,65 млн леев уже перечислены бенефициарам, а к финансированию утверждена 1671 заявка на получение субсидий в сумме 145 млн леев. Отмечается, что 1350 заявок на 135 млн леев поступили в последние дни октября, когда завершался прием заявок на текущий год. Согласно закону о госбюджете на текущий год, размер Фонда субсидирования аграриев утвержден в сумме 610 млн леев, из которых также погашены сформировавшиеся задолженности перед аграриями за прошлый год - 209 млн леев (2330 заявителей).
