Astăzi indemnizația unică majorată la nașterea copilului a intrat în vigoare

Din 20 ianuarie 2017, indemnizaţia unică la naşterea copilului se va stabili în sumă egală cu valoarea coşului minim de bunuri necesare la naştere. Majorarea indemnizației unice la nașterea copilului face parte din politica demografică a Republicii Moldova, un obiectiv important pentru creșterea natalității. Conform datelor Ministerului Sănătății, numărul de copii născuți vii s-a redus in anul 2015 cu 10 mii, în comparație cu anul 2009. Documentul a fost publicat în Monitorul Oficial al R. Moldova. Conform acetuia, cuantumul indemnizaţiei unice la naşterea copilului se va aproba anual de Guvern, în baza datelor Institutului de Cercetări Juridice şi Politice al Academiei de Ştiinţe a Moldovei, iar pentru acest an este stabilită suma de 5.300 de lei. Noua legislație prevede că persoanelor neasigurate pentru îngrijirea copilului li se va acorda doi ani indemnizație, comparativ cu 1,5 ani în prezent. Indemnizaţia lunară de suport pentru creşterea până la vârsta de trei ani a copiilor gemeni sau a mai mulţi copii născuţi dintr-o singură sarcină de asemenea se regăsește în legislație. Aceasta va constitui 50% din mărimea indemnizaţiei lunare prevăzută pentru persoanele neasigurate și se va stabili pentru fiecare copil suplimentar. De asemenea, se va plăti indemnizaţie lunară pentru întreţinerea copilului aflat sub tutelă/curatelă, pentru copiii rămaşi fără ocrotire părintească permanentă și temporară, precum și pentru copiii adoptaţi. Tinerii care la împlinirea vîrstei de 18 ani, deţin statutul de copil rămas fără ocrotire părintească și îşi continuă studiile vor primi indemnizaţie pentru continuarea acestora. Modificarea legislativă, fiind publicată astăzi, a intrat în vigoare la 1 ianuarie 2017.
