Au intrat în vigoare modificări ale Codului fiscal

Din 22 martie 2019, persoanele care practică activități declarate prin lege ca activități ce constituie monopol de stat vor fi scutite de taxa pentru unitățile comerciale şi/sau de prestări servicii. În Monitorul Oficial de vineri a fost publicată Legea nr. 26 din 11 martie 2019 pentru modificarea unor acte legislative. Astfel, art. 295 din Codul fiscal a fost completat cu prevederi de înlesniri la plata taxelor locale. Norma (lit.g2) prevede scutirea de la achitarea taxei pentru unitățile comerciale şi/sau de prestări servicii. Totodată, legea mai prevede că, la calcularea distanței dintre obiectele cu menirea socială și localurile de jocuri de noroc, să se ia în calcul distanța dintre aceste obiecte, dar nu raza, cum este stipulat în prezent. Modificările au fost efectuate cu scopul excluderii unor limitări excesive în domeniul organizării și desfășurării jocurilor de noroc. Amintim că art. 295 din CF oferă înlesniri la plata taxelor locale și pentru: • autorităţile publice şi instituţiile finanţate de la bugetele de toate nivelurile • misiunile diplomatice şi oficiile consulare acreditate în Moldova, precum şi reprezentanţele organizaţiilor internaţionale acreditate în RM, în baza principiului reciprocităţii • Banca Naţională a Moldovei • producătorii şi difuzorii de publicitate socială şi de publicitate plasată pe trimiterile poştale, fondatorii gospodăriilor ţărăneşti (de fermier) care au atins vârsta de pensionare • persoanele care practică activităţi de pompe funebre şi acordă servicii similare, inclusiv care confecţionează sicrie, coroane, flori false, ghirlande • persoanele fizice care desfăşoară activităţi independente în cadrul pieţelor create în condiţiile art.12 din Legea cu privire la comerţul interior • organizatorii licitaţiilor desfăşurate în scopul asigurării rambursării datoriilor la credite, acoperirii pagubelor, achitării datoriilor la buget, vânzării patrimoniului de stat.
