Au mai rămas cinci zile până la expirarea termenului de prezentare a notelor de informare pentru perioada fiscală 2019

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat informează că, la data de 25 ianuarie 2020, expiră termenul de prezentare a notelor de informare pentru contribuabilii care desfășoară activitate economică. Deoarece data de 25 în acest an este zi liberă (sâmbătă), termenul limită a fost extins până la data de 27 ianuarie. Aceste prevederi recurg din art. 129 alin.(8) din Codul fiscal. Agenții economici urmează să depună în termenul stabilit următoarele note de informare: – Nota de informare privind salariul şi alte plăţi efectuate de către patron în folosul angajaților, precum şi plățile achitate rezidenților din alte surse de venit decât salariul şi impozitul pe venit reţinut din aceste plăţi (Forma IALS18) – Nota de informare privind impozitul reţinut din alte surse de venit decât salariul achitate persoanelor nerezidente (Forma INR14) – Nota de informare privind salariul și alte plăți efectuate de către rezidentul parcului pentru tehnologia informației în folosul angajaților (Forma ISAPTI17). SFS recomandă contribuabililor care au obligația de a prezenta Notele de informare menționate să-și onoreze obligația în termenul prevăzut de legislație. Pentru informații suplimentare puteți apela la Centrul Unic de Apel al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat 0 8000 15 25, apel gratuit. NOTĂ: P.P. „Monitorul Fiscal FISC.md” va reveni cu detalii ce țin de completarea Formei IALS18.
Vă recomandăm să citiți și IALS18 și INR14. Completarea notelor de informare privind veniturile achitate şi impozitul pe venit reținut pentru anul 2019
