Au rămas doar 13 instituții cu funcții de control

Restructurarea instituțiilor cu funcții de control este la etapa finală. Afirmația a fost făcută de ministrul Economiei și Infrastructurii, Octavian Calmâc, în cadrul unei conferințe de presă. Potrivit ministrului, din numărul total de 60 instituții cu funcții de control, vor activa doar 13: 1. Agenția Națională pentru Siguranța Alimentelor (ANSA) 2. Agenția pentru Protecția Consumatorilor și Supravegherea Pieței 3. Agenția pentru Supravegherea Tehnică 4. Agenția Națională pentru Sănătate Publică 5. Inspectoratul pentru Protecția Mediului 6. Agenția Națională Transport Auto 7. Autoritatea Aeronautică Civilă, 8. Agenția Navală 9. Inspectoratul de Stat al Muncii 10. Agenția Națională de Asigurare a Calității învățământului profesional 11. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat 12. Serviciul Vamal 13. Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal. Încercăm să micșorăm constant presiunea asupra mediului de afaceri, astfel încât să avem o previzibilitatea în acest domeniu și să excludem abuzurile, a afirmat Octavian Calmâc. Ministrul a mai anunțat că până la sfârșitul lunii noiembrie urmează a fi definitivate aspectele ce țin de statele de personal și regulamentele de funcționare ale acestor entități. Sunt două elemente distincte pe care doresc să le evidențiez. Primul se referă la faptul că toate entitățile cu funcții de control vor activa în baza unui program de planificare a controalelor, iar asta înseamnă că vor anunța din timp agenții economici despre desfășurarea controalelor. În același timp, există câteva entități care au dreptul să efectueze controale inopinante, în mod special, mă refer la ANSA și Agenția pentru Protecția Consumatorilor și Supravegherea Pieței, a precizat ministrul. Oficialul a mai specificat că un punt forte al reformei instituțiilor de control constă în faptul că s-a făcut o delimitare clară a atribuțiilor celor două autorități menționate mai sus. Astfel, ANSA se va ocupa cu tot spectrul de probleme ce țin de produsele agro-alimentare și cele procesate, iar Agenția pentru Protecția Consumatorilor și Supravegherea Pieței va fi responsabilă de monitorizarea produselor industriale, de aspectele metrologice, precum și va reprezenta statul la toate forumurile naționale și internaționale pe aspecte de protecția consumatorului. Totodată, ministrul a anunțat că urmează un program amplu de verificare a modului de respectare a drepturilor consumatorilor. Astfel, va fi verificată activitatea prestată de taximetriști, operatorii telefoniei mobile, stațiile PECO, dar și aspectele metrologice ale cântarelor din piețele comerciale. Reamintim că în Monitorul Oficial din 27 octombrie a fost publicată Legea pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte legislative nr. 185 din 21 septembrie 2017 prin care s-au aprobat modificări şi completări la Legea nr. 131/2012 privind controlul de stat asupra activităţii de întreprinzător.
