Au expirat termenele de plată a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare

Primăria municipiului Chişinău informează că la 15 octombrie 2015 au expirat ambele termene de plată a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare. În acest context, conform legislaţiei în vigoare, pentru contribuabilii care admit restanţe la plata impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare se aplică penalităţi. Informăm, de asemenea, că faţă de contribuabilii care au admis restanţe la impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare vor fi aplicate măsurile de încasare silită a obligaţiilor, inclusiv prin aplicarea sechestrelor asupra bunurilor, extragerea mijloacelor băneşti de pe conturile bancare şi punerea interdicţiilor în vederea perfectării actelor la instituţiile statului sau de părăsire a hotarelor ţării. Astfel, toţi cei care nu au efectuat plăţile în acest an, dar deţin avizele de plată pentru impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare, urmează să-şi onoreze obligaţiile fiscale prin achitarea acestora în instituţiile bancare, oficiile poştale sau on-line prin www.mpay.gov.md. Eventualele neclarităţi care pot apărea, urmează a fi soluţionate la sediul Direcţiei de colectare a impozitelor şi taxelor locale, din str. 31 August 1989, nr. 63 A (cu acces din str. Armenească), prin e-mail: impozite@pmc.md sau la tel: (022) 990-997 (la tastarea butonului de sector).
