Audit extern obligatoriu pentru întreprinderile de stat și cele municipale

Situațiile financiare anuale ale întreprinderilor de stat vor fi supuse auditului extern obligatoriu. Parlamentul a aprobat, în lectura finală, proiectul de lege pentru modificarea și completarea Legii cu privire la întreprinderea de stat și întreprinderea municipală. Conform proiectului, situațiile financiare anuale ale întreprinderilor municipale vor fi supuse auditului extern obligatoriu în cazul în care acestea fac parte din categoria entităţilor mijlocii, a entităţilor mari sau a entităţilor de interes public, conform Legii contabilității și raportării financiare. Întreprinderile vor fi obligate să plaseze pe propria pagina web și pe pagina web oficială a fondatorului statutul întreprinderii, regulamentele interne, raportul anual al întreprinderii și rapoartele de audit în termen de 4 luni de la sfârșitul fiecărui an de gestiune. Acesta va conține obligatoriu informația despre numărul personalului întreprinderii, despre locurile de muncă nou-create și salariul mediu lunar pe întreprindere. Totodată, proiectul prevede că, întreprinderile de stat și municipale vor fi obligate să efectueze achizițiile prin intermediul sistemului de achiziții publice. De asemenea, va fi modificată una din condițiile care definesc tranzacția cu conflict de interese. La moment, pragul valorii tranzacțiilor legate reciproc sau a bunurilor ce constituie obiectul acestora este de 1% din valoarea activelor nete ale întreprinderii conform ultimelor situații financiare sau de 400 mii lei. Acest prag este considerat, însă, prea înalt și va fi redus până la 10 mii lei. Documentul urmează a fi publicat în Monitorul Oficial.
