Austria va susține Republica Moldova în promovarea antreprenoriatului social

Guvernul Austriei va susține în continuare autoritățile Republicii Moldova în implementarea proiectelor de reformare și modernizare a domeniului protecției consumatorului, precum și la dezvoltarea cadrului legal privind antreprenoriatul social. Declarația a fost făcută astăzi de Gero Stuller, șeful Biroului atașatului pentru muncă, afaceri sociale și protecția consumatorului din cadrul Ambasadei Austriei, în cadrul unei întrevederi de lucru cu viceprim-ministrul, ministrul Economiei, Octavian Calmîc. Interlocutorii au făcut un schimb de opinii asupra activității grupului interministerial antrenat în elaborarea proiectului de modificare și completare a actelor legislative/normative privind antreprenoriatul social, implicarea cât mai activă în acest proces a autorităților și instituțiilor publice, inclusiv societății civile. La moment, în elaborarea proiectului legii privind antreprenoriatul social, care urmează a fi finalizat până la 31 martie curent, sunt implicate mai multe asociații obștești și ONG-uri, inclusiv ”Societatea Orbilor din Moldova”, ”Societatea Invalizilor din Republica Moldova”, ”Asociația Surzilor din Moldova”, Confederația Națională a Sindicatelor, Centrul Analitic Independent Expert-Grup, etc. În context, vicepremierul Octavian Calmâc a specificat că modificarea și completarea legislației naționale la capitolul respectiv este foarte importantă pentru țara noastră, deoarece vizează și soluționarea problemei de integrare în câmpul muncii a persoanelor cu dizabilități. La rândul său, Gero Stuller a menționat că Austria are o experiență foarte bună la compartimentul antreprenoriatului social și este dispusă să ofere autorităților moldovenești sprijinul necesar, utilizând cele mai bune practici internaționale. Pe parcursul ultimilor doi ani, autoritățile de la Viena au susținut implementarea a șase proiecte în Republica Moldova, care vizează ocuparea forței de muncă, afaceri sociale și protecția consumatorului, inclusiv ”Reabilitarea profesională a tinerilor cu dizabilități prin dezvoltarea unei întreprinderi social-economice în domeniul Catering”, crearea cantinei social-economice în baza proiectului promovat de Volkhilfe Solidaritat în satul Răzeni, raionul Ialoveni, etc.
