Австрия готовит новую стратегию для сотрудничества с Молдовой до 2020 года

Австрия намерена продолжить сотрудничество с Молдовой и готовит новую стратегию на пять лет – до 2020 года. Об этом в интервью каналу MBC сообщил глава Офиса по Техническому Сотрудничеству посольства Австрии в Кишиневе Герхард Шаумбергер. Мы хотим продолжить сотрудничество в секторе профессионального образования. Нам есть, что предложить – наши опыт и знания. Это первый сектор в стратегии для Молдовы до 2020 года. Министерство образования и государственная канцелярия согласны с этим. В сфере водоснабжения мы сосредоточимся больше на таких компонентах, как окружающая среда и канализация. Кроме того, изменение климата – эта проблема, которая затрагивает всех нас. Мы уже можем видеть последствия в Молдове – засухи, наводнения и другие бедствия, происходящие в сельском хозяйстве, - отметил Герхард Шаумбергер. По его словам, переговоры по бюджету еще продолжаются, однако уже известно, что Австрия не намерена сокращать финансирование. Кроме того, Австрия намерена более активно использовать такой инструмент, как льготные кредиты. Это позволит изменить модель сотрудничества больше в сторону бизнес-партнерства. Первые два кредита уже выданы, и оба в сфере медицины. Но мы планируем выдать новый кредит, и он будет в области сельского хозяйства, - сообщил Герхард Шаумбергер. Предыдущая стратегия по сотрудничеству Молдовы и Австрии в рамках ADC (Австрийского Сотрудничества по Развитию) рассчитана на 2011-2015 гг. В период с 2004 по 2012 годы поддержка Австрии превысила 22 млн евро. Техническое сотрудничество ADC в Молдове фокусируется на таких областях как: водоснабжение и канализационные системы (60% всех финансовых средств), профессионально-техническое образование (30%), госуправление, гендерное равноправие и защита окружающей среды (10%).
