Автовладельцам могут отменить скидки за быструю оплату штрафа

При оплате штрафа в течение 72 часов водители не будут получать штрафные пункты. А вот скидки за быструю оплату штрафа могут отменить. Это предусмотрено проектом поправок к Кодексу об административных правонарушениях, который предлагает МВД. Для увеличения сборов в государственный бюджет МВД предлагает лишить водителей возможности оплачивать лишь половину суммы штрафа в течение 72 часов. Так, к примеру, минимальный штраф за парковку в неположенном месте составит 200 леев. А за непристегнутый ремень безопасности и разговор по телефону за рулем придется заплатить 300 леев. Штраф за превышение скорости составит от 400 до 1000 леев, проезд на красный свет обойдется минимум в 500 леев. За вождение в пьяном виде придется заплатить три тысячи. При оплате штрафа в течение трех суток штрафные пункты водителям начислять не станут. МВД также предлагает увеличить до года срок рассмотрения административных дел в суде. Сейчас он составляет 3 месяца. Если за это время суд не успевает рассмотреть дело - оно закрывается. В 2014 году суды по всей стране рассмотрели свыше 17 тысяч административных дел. Из них около 6 тысяч пришлось закрыть. В частности, по истечении трехмесячного срока давности. Поправки вступят в силу, если их одобрит парламент.
