Banca de Economii vinde case și apartamente

Banca de Economii, aflată în proces de lichidare, organizează pe 17 mai o licitație „cu reducere”, în cadrul căreia va scoate la vânzare 29 de apartamente și case de locuit cu terenuri aferente gospodăriilor. Multe dintre imobile sunt situate în localitățile rurale și au prețuri foarte mici, de câteva zeci de mii de lei. De exemplu, o casă cu o suprafață de peste 106 metri pătrați cu cinci ari de teren aferent din satul Sărătenii Vechi din raionul Telenești va avea un preț inițial de vânzare de 35 de mii de lei. O altă casă de 161 de metri pătrați situată în satul Larga din raionul Briceni se vinde cu 38 de mii de lei. Doar 40 de mii de lei costă și o casă din satul Târnova, Edineț. Imobilul are 139 de metri pătrați și 29 de ari de teren aferent. Banca de Economii va scoate la licitație și un apartament cu două odăi în orășelul Frunze din raionul. Prețul de vânzare va porni de la 29 mii de lei. La licitație pot participa și persoane fizice. Doritorii trebuie să achite acontul în mărime de 10% din valoarea de expunere a bunurilor pe care vor să le liciteze și taxa de participare de 100 de lei, dacă valoarea bunului este de până la un milion de lei.
