Bani gestionați ineficient în învățământ

Bugetul prevăzut în acest an pentru şcolile şi liceele din ţară este de 3,8 mld. lei. Cei mai mulţi bani sunt alocaţi de consiliile locale. Potrivit ministerului Educaţiei, administrațiile instituţiilor de învățământ din unele raioane cheltuiesc banii ineficient. Pentru 2017, consiliile locale au aprobat în total un buget de peste 3 mld. lei. Banii urmează să fie oferiți pe părți, pe parcursul anului. La această sumă se mai adaugă resursele oferite de Unitățile Administrativ - Teritoriale peste 233 mil. lei, și bani de la Fondul pentru Educația Incluzivă - peste 54 mil. de lei. Totodată, școlile mai primesc alocații suplimentare pentru alimentația elevilor. Sumele sunt repartizate în funcție de necesitățile instituțiilor. De exemplu, din banii oferiți de Unitățile Administrativ-Teritoriale pot fi acoperite cheltuielile pentru transportarea elevilor la școală sau întreținerea tinerilor în cămine. Datelele prezentate de Ministerul Educaţiei mai arată că majoritatea raioanelor respectă prevederile legale referitor la repartizarea banilor oferiți de Unitățile Administrativ-Teritoriale. Totuși, există și regiuni care se abat de la lege. De exemplu, de la începutul anului, au fost cheltuite ineficient peste 2 mil. lei în raionul Ungheni, Cahul şi Ștefan Vodă, iar în Ialoveni şi Floreşti s-au cheltuit nejustificat până la 700 mii lei.
