Банкиры смогут повышать квалификацию на родине

Около 300 специалистов банковско-финансовой сферы смогут бесплатно повысить квалификацию, начиная с 2018 г. Это предусматривает меморандум, подписанный накануне представителями Министерства образования, культуры и исследований, Национальным банком, Национальной комиссией по финансовому рынку и Центром профессиональной подготовки в области экономики и финансов. Документ предусматривает создание Центра повышения квалификации для специалистов банковско-финансового сектора. Курсы будут проводиться по темам основы предпринимательства и страхования, новые пруденциальные нормативы по внедрению стандартов Базель III и профессионального управления информационными системами (софт менеджмент). Слушателями курсов будут как банковские и небанковские работники, так и молодые специалисты, выпускники учебных заведений экономического профиля, а также руководители новых компаний. Первый курс слушателей в создаваемом центре повышения квалификации специалистов банковско-финансовой сферы предполагается набрать в 2018-2019 учебном году. Генеральный секретарь минобразования Игорь Шаров сказал на презентации проекта, внедряемого представительством CALLIDUS Moldova, что он крайне необходим, поскольку финансовые услуги являются основой развития любого государства. «Нам нужны квалифицированные сотрудники, потому что они востребованы на рынке труда. Мы благодарим финансистов за предоставление необходимой поддержки и специалистов, которые будут помогать внедрять проект», - отметил он. Вице-президент Нацбанка Кристина Харя также подчеркнула важность проекта, отметив, что не только банковский сектор, но и другие отрасли сегодня так быстро развиваются, что имеющиеся навыки специалистов порой недостаточны и потому необходимо постоянно повышать профессиональный уровень, чтобы соответствовать меняющимся требованиям. Посол Австрии в РМ Кристин Фрайлингер заявила, что «у Молдовы есть все возможности развивать финансовый рынок, а для этого людям нужно приобретать не только теоретические, но и практические знания, что позволяет этот проект». Программа финансируется Австрийским агентством по развитию, которое выделило на ее реализацию 500 тыс. евро, столько же предоставят другие международные партнеры проекта.
