Beneficiarii de subvenții agricole, verificați cum au valorificat banii

796 de producători agricoli care au beneficiat de subvenții din partea statului în perioada anilor 2013-2015 au fost supuși inspecțiilor din partea specialișitilor Agenției de Intervenție și Plăți pentru Agricultură. AIPA a avut misiunea de a verifica modul în care au fost investiți banii primiți, precum și starea actuală a investițiilor. Inspecții au fost efectuate la Cahul, Chișinău, Bălți, Ungheni, Edineț și alte raioane, iar neconformitățile au curs gârlă. În cazul a 14 producători agricoli s-a constatat înstrăinarea totală sau parțială a bunurilor investiției care au fost subvenționate din fondul de subvenționare. De asemenea, 255 de capete de animale de prăsilă de diferite specii ar fi fost sacrificate. Mai mult, experții AIPA au stabilit faptul aflării în procedură de insolvabilitate în cazul a trei producători agricoli. Alți trei producători și-ar fi abandonat investiția și respectiv, au defrișat plantația. În rezultatul încălcărilor constatate prin prisma angajamentelor contractuale asumate de beneficirii de subvenții, urmează a fi restituită suma de circa 15 mil. lei, astfel demarând procedura legală de rambursare a subvențiilor. Potrivit AIPA, producătorii agricoli supuși verificărilor au fost selectați aleatoriu din lista celor care au beneficiat de sume mari de subvenții.
