Beneficiile deschiderii unui birou al Roselhoznadzor în Moldova

Reducerea cheltuielilor de testare a produselor agroalimentare care urmează a fi exportate în Rusia și a celor de logistică, dar și o încredere mai mare a autorităților de la Moscova în siguranța produselor importate din Moldova. Astfel de beneficii ar aduce deschiderea unei filiale a Serviciului federal fitosanitar și veterinar rus (Roselhoznadzor) în Moldova. Astfel consider ministrul agriculturii și industriei alimentare, Eduard Grama. Oficialul a menționat că în ultima perioadă s-au creat niște relații mai calde cu Federația Rusă. În context, în ultimele discuții cu omologul său din Federația Rusă, Eduard Grama a propus deschiderea unei filiale a Roselhoznadzor în Moldova. Ministrul a adăugat că și-ar dori și o filială a Rosspotrebnadzor, dar aceasta este o structură aparte și nu s-a reușit abordarea temei în ultima sa vizită în Rusia. Primele mari beneficii a deschiderii unei filiale a Roselhoznadzor țin de micșorarea costurilor de certificare. Astăzi toți producătorii moldoveni care exportă în Federația Rusă sunt supuși unei certificări duble, inițial în Moldov, iar a doua certificare are loc în Federația Rusă. Eduard Grama a specificat că dacă ar exista o filială Roselhoznadzor în Moldova, aceasta ar permite economisirea unor resurse cheltuite pe certificare. Al doilea beneficiu ține de logistică, se vor aloca mai puțini bani și mai puțin timp pentru verificarea produselor, acestea nu vor mai aștepta zile în șir în vamă. Al treilea beneficiu ține de crearea unor relații corecte. Ministrul a accentuat că specialiștii din Federația Rusă vor putea vedea atitudinea autorităților de la Chișinău față de exporturi, vor putea controla procesul ca să se asigure că din Moldova nu vor fi reexporturi. Noi am propus cofinanțarea creării filialei respective, le-am spus că oferim spațiu pentru laborator, investim în procurarea echipamentului. Sperăm că la finele lui noiembrie vom avansa în discuții, a remarcat Eduard Grama. Acum în Moldova există peste 160 de laboratoare, iar multe analize se dublează. Ministrul a spus că se dorește formarea unui laborator unic, posibil inclusiv cu colegii din Federația Rusă.
