Безналичный спрос на валюту остается неудовлетворенным

Безналичный спрос на валюту поступающую в банки,остается неудовлетворенным по причине "слабых валютных интервенций" со стороны Национального банка (НБМ), - такого мнения придерживаются валютные дилеры. Как передает агентство "Инфотаг", в пятницу на рынке не произошло ожидаемого "перелома" ситуации в связи с одновременным повышением базисной ставки с 6,5% до 8,5% и обязательных резервов банков в молдавских леях с 14% до 16% с последующим увеличением до 18%. "Чтобы удовлетворить "валютный голод", кто-то должен валюту продавать, снижая спрос за счет предложения. Однако желающих расставаться с долларами США и евро на рынке практически нет, и эту роль продолжительное время играет один НБМ", - отмечают собеседники агентства. По их мнению, расчет регулятора на то, что валюту должны продавать спекулянты, купившие ее при курсах 15-16 MDL:$1, преждевременный, поскольку данная категория участников рынка не проявляет активности. В пятницу продажи банками валюты осуществлялись по курсу 18,10-18,15 MDL:$1 и выше. "Продажи регулятором в день по $2-3 млн практически не влияют на ситуацию при столь высоком уровне "валютизации", когда все стремятся повально уходить в доллары и евро, боясь дальнейшего пике лея", - подчеркивают эксперты. В 2014 г. НБМ потратил из своих резервов валюты $420 млн, которыми он делал интервенции на рынке.
