BNM a anunțat finalizarea implementării Registrului riscului de credit

Banca Națională a Moldovei a anunţat că soluția informatică privind Registrul riscului de credit a fost dată în exploatare. Anume acest sistem ar permite băncii centrale să nu admită situația cu care ne-am ciocnit la finele anului 2014 - acumularea unui portofoliu exagerat de credite neperformante. Registrul riscului de credit cumulează informația detaliată a băncilor licențiate din Republica Moldova cu privire la totalitatea creditelor acordate. Această informație se raportează către Banca Națională, conform cerințelor normative intrate în vigoare la 1 iulie 2016. Modul de procesare a datelor în cadrul Registrului riscului de credit este prezentat în schema ce urmează: Implementarea proiectului oferă posibilitatea concentrării la BNM a informațiilor detaliate, veridice și prompte aferente riscului de credit la care se expun băncile licențiate, se arată în cadrul unui comunicat al Băncii Naționale. Disponibilitatea în acest sens a datelor operative complexe permite băncii centrale să determine riscul respectiv nu numai pe sector, dar și pe grupe de bănci sau la fiecare bancă în parte. Faptul în cauză contribuie la identificarea timpurie a riscurilor asociate portofoliilor de credite, asigurând un proces de investigare analitică și interpretativă la aplicarea acțiunilor corective întreprinse de Banca Națională. Proiectul în cauză s-a derulat în mai multe etape ce vizează: analiza funcțională, elaborarea designului, implementarea și parametrizarea, instruirea, testarea și exploatarea experimentală. Proiectul de implementare a Registrului riscului de credit a fost inițiat la 15 iunie 2015 în contextul alinierii la standardele internaționale de promovare a unui sistem financiar puternic și competitiv în baza gestionării adecvate a riscurilor, fiind parte componentă a centralei riscurilor.
