BNM atestă o prevalare accentuată a riscurilor dezinflaționiste

În plus se anticipează un proces de reducere rapidă a ritmului anual de creștere a prețurilor, inclusiv din cauza bazei înalte de comparație din anul 2015. Potrivit unui comunicat al Băncii Naționale, conduita politicii monetare continuă să fie configurată în funcție de riscurile și incertitudinile asociate evoluțiilor din mediul extern și cel intern. Riscurile externe de natură dezinflaționistă sunt asociate activității economice reduse din țările zonei euro și continuării recesiunii din Federația Rusă - principalii parteneri comerciali externi ai Moldovei, cu repercusiuni asupra diminuării pe termen scurt a veniturilor valutare ale populației și ale exportatorilor autohtoni prin prisma canalului remiterilor populației și cel al comerțului extern. Potențialele riscuri la adresa inflației decurg și din volatilitatea sporită a piețelor financiar-valutare internaționale, alături de incertitudini asociate prețurilor la petrol, prețurilor internaționale la materiile prime și produsele alimentare. Principalele riscuri și incertitudini de proveniență internă sînt asociate tergiversării ajustării tarifelor reglementate, modificării de accize din perspectiva conduitei politicii fiscale pentru anul 2017 și, respectiv, recoltei din anul 2016.
