BNM: rata de bază și facilitățile permanente rămân neschimbate

Comitetul executiv al Băncii Naționale a Moldovei a decis, cu vot unanim, să mențină la nivelul actual rata de bază și facilitățile permanente. Astfel, rata de bază aplicată la principalele operațiuni de politică monetară pe termen scurt este în continuare de 2,65% anual. Totodată, rămân neschimbate ratele de dobândă la creditele și depozitele overnight: 5,15 la sută și, respectiv, 0,15 la sută anual.
 
Hotărârea Comitetului executiv al BNM reflectă continuitatea în crearea de către banca centrală a condițiilor monetare pentru susținerea economiei naționale.
 

Comitetul executiv al BNM a hotărât să mențină la nivelul actual rata de bază și facilitățile permanente în condițiile în care cererea internă agregată a scăzut semnificativ pe fundalul pandemiei și al condițiilor agrometeorologice severe ce au afectat economia națională. Pe parcursul anului curent, regulatorul a utilizat activ arsenalul de instrumente de politică monetară pentru susținerea cererii agregate interne. Astfel, este necesar un impuls fiscal pentru dinamizarea cererii agregate și activității economice interne. Acesta este esențial în situația de incertitudine economică și politică existentă ce implică riscuri majore de amânare a deciziilor investiționale.
