BNM: rata de bază și facilitățile permanente rămân neschimbate

Comitetul executiv al Băncii Naționale a Moldovei a decis în ședința din 30 aprilie 2021, cu vot unanim,  să mențină la nivelul actual rata de bază și facilitățile permanente. Astfel, rata de bază aplicată la principalele operațiuni de politică monetară pe termen scurt este în continuare 2,65% anual, iar ratele de dobândă la creditele și depozitele overnight  rămân în mărime de 5,15% și, respectiv, 0,15% anual.
 
Totodată, se diminuează norma rezervelor obligatorii din mijloacele atrase în lei moldovenești și în valută neconvertibilă începând cu perioada de aplicare a rezervelor obligatorii în lei moldovenești 16 mai 2021 – 15 iunie 2021 cu 2,0 puncte procentuale, fiind stabilită la nivelul de 26,0% din baza de calcul, iar norma rezervelor obligatorii din mijloacele atrase în valută liber convertibilă se menține și constituie 30,0% din baza de calcul.
 
Decizia de politică monetară aprobată este orientată spre atenuarea și contracararea efectelor negative ale pandemiei asupra economiei naționale și consolidează poziția BNM în susținerea redresării economice.
Astfel, hotărârea sprijină înviorarea procesului de creditare și intermedierea financiară în moneda națională, contribuind la transmiterea eficientă a impulsurilor monetare în sectorul real al economiei, se spune în comunicatul BNM.
