BNM va relaxa politica monetară și cea de creditare

Banca Națională a Moldovei (BNM) a declarat că va începe să relaxeze treptat politica monetară și cea de creditare în anul 2016, informează NOI.md. Potrivit unui comunicat emis de BNM, Comitetul executiv al BNM va analiza datele statistice care vor fi publicate în perioada următoare și perspectivele cu privire la evoluția inflației, pentru a determina momentul oportun de începere a relaxării treptate a politicii monetare în anul 2016. Totodată, în cadrul ultimei sale ședințe, Comitetul executiv al BNM a decis să mențină rata de bază aplicată la principalele operaţiuni de politică monetară pe termen scurt la nivelul actual de 19,5%. Rata de dobîndă la creditele overnight au rămas la nivelul actual de 22,5%, iar la depozitele overnight – la nivelul actual de 16,5%. De asemenea, BNM a păstrat norma rezervelor obligatorii din mijloace atrase în valută liber convertibilă la nivel de 14% din baza de calcul, iar norma rezervelor obligatorii din mijloace atrase în lei moldovenești și în valută neconvertibilă a fost păstrată la nivelul actual de 35% din baza de calcul. Decizia respectivă a Comitetului executiv al BNM este argumentată prin faptul că măsurile de politică monetară adoptate de BNM în anul 2015 sînt adecvate și încă se propagă în economia națională, inclusiv prin influențarea ratelor dobînzilor la creditele și depozitele în moneda națională, urmînd să tempereze inflația în anul 2016. Decizia respectivă vizează ancorarea anticipaţiilor inflaţioniste în contextul readucerii și menţinerii ratei inflaţiei în proximitatea ţintei de 5% pe termen mediu, cu o posibilă deviere de ± 1,5 puncte procentuale într-o manieră care să contribuie la impulsionarea procesului de creditare și economisire. Următoarea şedinţă a Comitetului executiv al BNM cu privire la politica monetară va avea loc pe data de 25 februarie 2016.
