Более 6000 фермеров обратились за компенсациями

Более 6000 фермеров из Республики Молдова подали заявления на получение компенсаций за яблоки, сливу и виноград технических сортов в рамках составляющей «Компенсации для поддержки продаж» проекта «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство Молдовы». Об этом было объявлено сегодня Агентством по интервенциям и платежам в области сельского хозяйства, сообщает Молдпрес. Согласно сообщению Агентства по интервенциям и платежам в области сельского хозяйства, общая сумма компенсаций составила более 91 млн. леев, из которых 36 млн. леев уже перечислено фермерам. Положение применяется к производителям фруктов и винограда, физическим или юридическим лицам, которые владеют на праве собственности и/или пользования плодоносящими насаждениями яблони и/или сливы и/или плодоносящими виноградными насаждениями, площадью не более 15 га. Финансовая помощь предоставляется для следующих видов фруктов: яблоки, летних и осенних сортов, со средним урожаем не более 40 т/га; сливы, ранних сортов, со средним урожаем не более 18 т/га; для винограда, со средним урожаем не более 12 т/га. Размер финансовой помощи для производителей фруктов составляет: 1,93 лея за каждый килограмм яблок, поставленный перерабатывающим предприятиям и 1,5 лея за каждый килограмм слив, поставленный перерабатывающим предприятиям. Для производителей винных сортов винограда размер компенсации составляет: 1,54 лея за каждый килограмм винограда европейских сортов, поставленный перерабатывающим предприятиям до 15.11.2014 года и 0,77 лея за каждый килограмм винограда изабелльных сортов, поставленный перерабатывающим предприятиям до 1.11.2014 года. Директор объединенного подразделения по внедрению и надзору за проектами в области сельского хозяйства, финансируемыми Всемирным банком Ливиу Гумовски отметил, что компенсации по всем поступившим заявлениям будут выплачены до конца текущего года или не позднее января 2016 года. Число заявлений намного ниже ожидаемого. Это потому что многие фермеры продали свои фрукты без учетных документов. Для получения компенсаций необходимы подтверждающие документы, выданные перерабатывающим предприятием по факту закупки яблок, слив и технических сортов винограда, - добавил Гумовски. В июле этого года был дан старт составляющей «Компенсации для поддержки продаж» проекта «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство Молдовы» (МАС-Р), целью которой является оказание финансовой помощи производителям фруктов и винограда, пострадавших от запретов, наложенных Российской Федерацией на экспорт. Объем финансовой помощи в рамках составляющей составляет 12 млн. долларов США, сумма, которая предоставлена Всемирным банком на базе Соглашения о финансировании от 21 мая 2015 года.
