Более 650 фермеров получили оставшиеся выплаты по субсидиям за 2015 год

Министерство сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности объявило , что в течение этой недели 655 фермеров получили оставшиеся выплаты по субсидиям за 2015 год. Еще не выплаченными остаются 2990 заявок. Ранее министр сельского хозяйства Эдуард Грама заявил, что задолженности по субсидиям за прошлый год достигли 400-430 млн. леев. Министр также добавил, что разработан Закон о субсидировании, который будет представлен парламенту, и он надеется, что закон будет принят в ходе весенне-летней сессии. «Закон устанавливает принципы субсидирования и таким образом будут исключены проблемы, в том числе задолженности, вызванные тем фактом, что правила субсидирования утверждаются в середине года», - сказал Грама. В 2015 году фонд субсидирования фермеров составил 610 млн. леев, из которых 231,5 млн. леев - это долги за предыдущий год, и еще 45 млн. - долги по компенсациям. Пресс-служба Минсельхоза также отмечает, что на открытое обсуждение вынесен проект постановления правительства о порядке распределения средств фонда субсидирования сельскохозяйственных производителей на 2016 год. В этом документе содержатся новые меры по субсидированию, в том числе в плане продвижения и развития экологического сельского хозяйства, а также предоставления консультационных услуг и проведения тренингов для фермеров. Молодые фермеры получат дополнительно 15% от начисленной субсидии. Проект адаптирован к требованиям Европейской комиссии, установленным в соглашении о финансировании для программы ENPARD в Молдове «Поддержка сельского хозяйства и развития сельских районов».
