Bugetarea participativă în Chişinău. Proiecte mici şi mari

Locuitorii municipiului Chişinău sunt îndemnaţi să prezinte propuneri de îmbunătăţire a Regulamentului privind bugetul civil în municipiul Chişinău, precum şi mecanismul de implementare a proiectelor propuse de chişinăuieni. În acest sens, Primăria municipiului a lansat procesul de modificare a actului normativ care reglementează bugetarea participativă în Chişinău. Persoanele interesate îşi pot exprima sugestiile asupra modificărilor ce urmează a fi operate la Regulamentul privind bugetul civil pe adresa de e-mail: bugetcivil@pmc.md, până pe data de 10 noiembrie 2017. Ulterior, Primăria municipiului Chişinău va anunţa dezbateri publice asupra proiectului respectiv, ce va fi înaintat spre examinare şi aprobare în Consiliul municipal. Menţionăm că în anul 2017, în premieră, în Chișinău a fost lansată bugetarea civilă: locuitorii capitalei pot să propună proiecte de dezvoltare a orașului, iar cele care se bucură de cele mai multe voturi din partea chișinăuienilor au şansa a fi implementate din banii municipalității. Potrivit Regulamentului, adoptat în iulie curent, din bugetul civil sunt finanţate proiecte, ce sunt incluse în sarcina Primăriei şi care sunt posibil de implementat pe parcursul anului bugetar. Proiectele sunt clasificate în mici – cele cu valoarea costului de implementare de la 30 mii lei până la 100 mii lei şi mari – cu costul de implementare între 100 şi 500 mii lei.
