Bugetele locale: venituri executate la nivel de 23%

În primul trimestru al anului 2019 veniturile bugetelor locale au fost executate în sumă de 3 608,6 mil. lei, ceea ce reprezintă 23,3% față de suma planificată de 15 481,9 mil. lei și este în creștere cu 21,5% față de indicatorul din perioada similară a anului precedent. Datele sunt incluse în Raportul privind executarea bugetelor locale în anul 2019. Astfel, veniturile din impozite și taxe reprezintă 751,3 mil. lei sau 22,1% din suma precizată de 3 367,2 mil. lei. Impozitul pe venit al persoanelor fizice a constituit 533,5 mil. lei, iar cel al persoanelor juridice – 40,7 mil. lei. Din impozitul funciar au fost colectați 12,0 mil. lei, iar impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare a constituit 10,5 mil. lei sau 3,3% din suma planificată de 315,7 mil. lei. Suma încasărilor TVA a constituit 26,2 mil. lei sau 25,1% din suma planificată de 104,2 mil. lei, accizelor – 0,1 mil. lei sau 4,3% din suma aprobată de 2,3 mil. lei. În același timp, în primele trei luni ale anului curent cheltuielile bugetelor locale au fost executate la nivel de 3 206,8 mil. lei, ceea ce reprezintă 25,7% din suma prognozată de 12 499,5 mil. lei. Cele mai mari sunt cheltuielile de personal – 2 319 mil. lei sau 30,1% din totalul cheltuielilor. Totodată, 615 mil. lei au fost distribuite pentru bunuri și servicii, iar 176,8 mil. lei – pentru prestațiile sociale. Transferurile acordate între bugetul de stat și bugetele locale constituie 0,6 mil. lei, ceea ce reprezintă 22,2% din suma planificată de 2,1 mil. lei. Activele financiare însumau, la 31 martie curent, 495 mil. lei sau 13,3% din suma prognozată de 2 974, 8 mil. lei. Executarea acestora comparativ cu anul precedent este de 162,9%. Datoriile pentru perioada menționată constituie 16,5 mil. lei, ceea ce reprezintă 10,9% din suma planificată de 140,8 mil. lei. Bugetele locale reprezintă totalitatea veniturilor, cheltuielilor și a surselor de finanțare destinate exercitării funcțiilor care sunt în competența autorităților administrației publice locale conform legislației și a funcțiilor delegate de Parlament la propunerea Guvernului.
