Bugetul Chișinăului pentru 2017: Se estimează un deficit de circa 450 mil. lei

Comisia pentru buget, economie, finanţe, patrimoniu public local, agricultură şi problemele suburbiilor a Consiliului municipal Chișinău a avizat proiectul de decizie privind aprobarea bugetului municipal Chișinău pentru 2017 în prima lectură. Astfel, potrivit proiectului inițial, veniturile generale ale bugetului municipal pentru anul 2017 se estimează în sumă de 3163770,1 mii lei, dintre care venituri proprii – 358942,1 mii lei; defalcări de la impozitele şi taxele de stat – 1162850,0 mii lei; încasări de la prestarea serviciilor cu plată – 60722,2 mii lei; plata pentru locaţiunea bunurilor patrimoniului public – 15858,7 mii lei; taxă la cumpărarea valutei străine de către persoanele fizice în casele de schimb valutar – 9000,0 mii lei; donaţiile voluntare interne pentru instituţiile bugetare – 1051,0 mii lei; transferuri de la bugetul de stat – 1555336,1 mii lei. Totodată, cheltuielile bugetului municipal Chişinău pe anul 2017 se estimează în sumă totală de 3613852,2 mii lei, în raport cu bugetul aprobat pe anul 2016 cu o creştere de 405593,1 mii lei sau cu 12,6 la sută, fapt ce se explică, potrivit autorilor proiectului, prin majorarea cheltuielilor din contul resurselor proiectelor finanţate din surse externe cu 184300,4 mii lei mai mult comparativ cu anul 2016. Comparativ cu cheltuielile bugetului municipal executate în anul 2015 prognaza pentru anul 2017 este în creștere cu 722350,9 mii lei sau cu 25 la sută. Astfel, pentru anul 2017 bugetul municipal Chişinău se estimează cu o depăşire a cheltuielilor asupra veniturilor în sumă de 450082,1 mii lei. Proiectul de decizie urmează a fi discutat de către aleșii locali la una dintre următoarele ședințe ale CMC. Bugetul municipal pentru anul 2016 a fost aprobat în luna iulie 2016. Acesta prevedea o depăşire a cheltuielilor asupra veniturilor în sumă de circa 100 mil. lei.
