Bugetul Serviciului de urgență 112 va constitui în anul curent 50 mln lei

Guvernul a aprobat propunerea Ministerului Tehnologiei Informației și Comunicațiilor și a decis adoptarea bugetului pentru Serviciul național unic pentru apelurile de urgență 112 pentru anul 2016 în sumă de 50 de milioane de lei, alocări de la bugetul de stat. Din totalul cheltuielilor 2,4 milioane se prevăd pentru personal și 42,4 milioane pentru investiții. Serviciul de urgență 112 a apărut la iniţiativa Suediei, în urma deciziei Consiliului Europei din 29 iulie 1991. La 26 februarie 1998, decizia a fost consolidată prin Directiva Parlamentului European şi a Consiliului privind aplicarea furnizării unei reţele deschise (FRD) la telefonia vocală şi la serviciul universal pentru telecomunicaţii într-un mediu competitiv. La începutul lunii martie curent Guvernul a creat Serviciul naţional unic pentru apelurile de urgenţă 112 cu statut de instituţie publică. Atunci a fost adoptata decizia că pînă la finele anului 2016 Serviciul de urgență 112 va deveni funcțional, dar sistemul va fi implementat pe etape şi va fi dat în exploatare integral către anul 2018. Se prevede ca Centrul de date a Serviciului va avea acces la toate registrele informaționale care pot contribui la soluționarea cazurilor de urgență. Pentru asigurarea recepționării operative a apelurilor in regim 24 din 24 de ore, Centrul de date al va fi amplasat în două locații. Apelurile vor fi procesate în limba română și rusă, dar va exista posibilitatea integrării altor limbi vorbite pe teritoriul Moldovei. Conform datelor oficiale, în 2014 au fost înregistrate 1,55 mln. apeluri de urgență. Durata medie a unui apel a constituit 1,2 minute.
