Бумажные или электронные талоны на питание?

Талоны на питание могут быть выданы работодателями законно оформленным на работу сотрудникам, в соответствии с Законом о талонах на питание. Сотрудники могут использовать их для оплаты обеда или для покупки продуктов в сети магазинов-партнеров оператора (Edenred), а стоимость талона на питание полностью освобождается от налогов и сборов. Работодатели вправе выбрать, какие талоны они станут использовать – на бумажных носителях либо карточки. Бумажные талоны могут быть приняты большим количеством торговых точек, так как при их использовании не требуется POS-терминал для обработки транзакций. Вместе с тем нужно учитывать, что операции с бумажными талонами на питание требуют дополнительных усилий для проверки, учета, хранения, обработки как со стороны работодателя, торговой точки, так и оператора. Бумажные талоны на питание являются менее гибким инструментом при осуществлении платежей ниже номинальной стоимости талона, поскольку при покупке товара на сумму ниже его стоимости сдачу не выдают, так как магазины и пункты общественного питания ограничены в этом законодательством. При оплате продуктов питания или обедов электронными карточками по типу банковских, на которые зачислена сумма стоимости талонов на питание, операции могут производиться в пределах доступных средств. Помимо гибкости платежей, карточки талонов на питание также предоставляют определенные преимущества в плане логистики благодаря четырехлетнему сроку действия, простоте пополнения счета в начале каждого месяца, более простому учету и низкой стоимости транзакций, сохраняя в то же время все налоговые льготы, предоставленные бумажными талонами на питание. Магазины и пункты общественного питания также выиграют при использовании карточек – на обработку, хранение, учет уйдет меньше времени и усилий, значительно сокращаются процедуры возврата.
