Бюджет Приднестровья испытывает острый дефицит

По состоянию на 20 января 2015 года в бюджет региона поступило в 4 раза меньше финансовых средств (порядка 16 млн. рублей ПМР), чем в аналогичном периоде 2014 года (более 60 млн. рублей ПМР). «Такие поступления не позволяют нам вовремя выполнять наши обязательства, и на сегодняшний день мы уже выбились из графика по выплате заработных плат. По республиканскому бюджету они будут погашены, но в более поздние сроки», – подчеркнула министр финансов региона Елена Гиржул. Елена Гиржул отметила, что есть определенные проблемы с финансированием заработных плат в Слободзейском, Григориопольском, Дубоссарском и Каменском районах. В настоящий момент в бюджете отсутствуют средства для того, чтобы направить трансферты в эти районы, соответственно, будут задержки по выплате заработных плат. Рыбницкий район, хоть и является частично дотационным, пока самостоятельно справляется с выплатой зарплат. Продолжающаяся нестабильная ситуация на внешних рынках, падение спроса на продукцию, а также девальвация валюты в соседних странах оказывают существенное влияние на ведение внешнеэкономической деятельности приднестровскими экономическими агентами. По данным Минфина Приднестровья, на сегодняшний день налогов на внешнюю торговлю и внешнеэкономические операции в бюджет региона поступило на сумму 3,3 млн. рублей ПМР, а это в 13 раз меньше, чем в аналогичном периоде прошлого года (44,8 млн. рублей ПМР).
