Бывшему замминистра экономики присвоен статус подозреваемого в деле BEM

Бывший заместитель министра экономики Думитру Годорожа и заместитель директора Агентства по публичной собственности Анджела Сусану стали подозреваемыми в деле о краже миллиардов из Banca de Economii. Как указано в пресс-релизе Генеральной прокуратуры, они подозреваются в халатности в работе. Прокуроры подозревают их в "несоответствующем выполнении служебных полномочий в июле-августе 2013 года, вызвавшем потерю мажоритарного пакета акций государства в Banca de Economii. Напомним, что решение об уступке мажоритарного пакета акций BEM было принято в августе 2013 года специальной комиссией правительства Лянкэ. Прокуроры сообщают также, что заслушали ряд служащих разных рангов, в том числе нынешнего министра юстиции Владимира Гросу, заместителя председателя парламента Лилиану Палихович, депутата Олега Рейдмана, бывшего министра финансов Вячеслава Негруцу, бывшего председателя Парламентской комиссии по экономике, бюджету и финансов Вячеслав Ионицэ, а также других чиновников. В рамках того же дела был допрошен и бывший глава Национальной комиссии по финансовому рынку Артур Герман относительно обстоятельств, касающихся порядка регистрации изменений в Государственный регистр ценных бумаг в результате дополнительной эмиссии акций АО Banca de Economii (более 80 000 000 леев), а также способа исполнения решения Высшей судебной палаты от 27 ноября 2014 года об аннулировании Постановления НКФР о регистрации акций в рамках дополнительной эмиссии. Прокуроры распорядились об изъятии всех документов и актов из парламента Республики Молдова, Государственной канцелярии, Национального банка Молдовы, Национальной комиссии по финансовому рынку, Агентства по публичной собственности, Министерства финансов, а также Национального комитета пол финансовой стабильности.
