CA ”Garanție”, amendată cu 75 mii lei

Compania de asigurări ”GARANȚIE” a fost amendată cu 75 de mii de lei de Comisia Națională a Pieței Financiare. Amenda urmează să fie transferată la bugetul autorității de supraveghere în termen de o lună. Compania a fost sancționată pentru că nu a prezentat rapoartele specializate. Anterior, CNPF a adoptat o hotărâre prin care a prescris Companiei de Asigurări ”GARANȚIE” S.A. să prezinte rapoartele specializate. În decizia CNPF se menționează că compania de asigurări nu a dirijat activitatea cu respectarea normelor de prudență specifice, conform practicilor în asigurări, și nu a prevăzut organizarea și desfășurarea cu prudență și profesionalism a activității, în concordanță cu specificul și amploarea ei. De asemenea, nu a încadrat în activitate un număr suficient de persoane care să corespundă criteriilor de pregătire și de competență profesională stabilite prin actele normative ale autorității de supraveghere. Totodată, nu a stabilit un sistem eficient de control intern prin angajarea unui număr adecvat de personal pentru verificarea corespunderii activității sale cu principiile și legislația ce reglementează activitatea de asigurare, astfel încălcând prevederile Legii cu privire la asigurări. CNPF a mai descis să prescrie repetată persoanelor cu funcții de răspundere ale companiei de asigurări ca, în termen de 10 zile lucrătoare, să asigure prezentarea:
  • Raportului privind activitatea de bază a asigurătorului (reasigurătorului);
  • Raportului privind rezervele tehnice ale asigurătorului (reasigurătorului);
  • Raportului privind marjele de solvabilitate și coeficientul de lichiditate ale asigurătorului (reasigurătorului).
De asemenea, compania a fost avertizată cu sancţionare prin retragerea licenţei pentru dreptul de a desfăşura activitatea de asigurare, în cazul nerespectării prevederilor hotărârii.
