Carnetele de muncă vor fi digitizate

În perioada 01 mai - 15 decembrie 2018, Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale va scana informația din carnetele de muncă prezentate de angajator și o va stoca în Registru de stat al evidenței individuale a contribuțiilor. Aceasta se va realiza în contextul excluderii carnetelor de muncă, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2019 și pentru a asigura completarea conturilor personale de asigurări sociale cu informația privind stagiul de muncă realizat până la 01 ianuarie 1999 pentru persoanele care solicită dreptul la pensie. Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale propune un proiect de hotărâre de Guvern ce precizează anumite aspecte de implementare a Legii nr.123 din 7 iulie 2017 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte legislative, prin care au fost excluse toate normele referitoare la carnetul de muncă. Mai exact, scopul proiectului constă în eliminarea factorului uman în procesul de stabilire a pensiilor de asigurări sociale, astfel fiind prevenite tentativele de includere a unor înscrieri false în carnetele de muncă. În nota proiectului se menționează că modul și graficul de scanare va fi întocmit printr-un act departamental al CNAS, ce va fi publicat în Monitorul Oficial. Conducătorii întreprinderilor, organizațiilor și instituțiilor vor înmâna salariaților, sub semnătură, carnetele de muncă până la data de 28 decembrie 2018, când se va face ultima înscriere în carnetele de muncă despre funcția deținută la momentul înmânării. Înscrierile în carnetele de muncă efectuate de până la 01 ianuarie 2019 își păstrează valabilitatea și pot fi utilizate la necesitate. Menționăm că pentru perioada începând cu 1 ianuarie 1999 stagiul de cotizare este deja reflectat în conturile personale ale asiguraților, prin prezentarea lunară de către angajator a declarației persoanei asigurate, însă pentru perioada de până la 1 ianuarie 1999 confirmarea stagiului de cotizare se efectuează prin prezentarea carnetelor de muncă, în original și copie. Proiectul poate fi consultat până la 23 martie curent.
