Cel mai scump automobil din Moldova procurat în acest an costă 150 mii euro

Conform datelor prezentate de dealerii auto, situaţia financiară a moldovenilor în acest an este mai bună comparativ cu anii precedenţi -2015 şi 2016. Faptul este vizibil pe piaţa internă a automobilelor, unde vânzările au sporit esenţial. Cresterea acestora în primul semestru al anului 2017 este de 37,4% comparativ cu aceeaşi perioadă a anului 2015 şi de 26,3% faţă de anul trecut. Total, în prima jumătate de an în Moldova au fost procurate 2307 automobile noi (în 2015 – 1675, iar în 2016 – 1823). Cele mai scumpe au fost Bentley Continental, costul căruia atinge 150 mii euro, un Maserati Quattroporte, pentru care au fost achitaţi $110 mii, Jaguarul F-TYPE decapotabil de 88 mii euro, Mercedes-Benz SL la preţul de 85 mii euro şi Ford Mustang, cumpărat cu aproape 40 mii euro. Trebuie să spunem, că proiectul politicii fiscale şi vamale pentru anul 2018 prevede extinderea bazei fiscale, cu includerea în lista impozitului pe avere a automobilelor noi. Cei care vor procura o maşină costul căreia pe piaţa internă va depăşi 1,5 mil. lei (circa 75 mii euro), trebuie să fie pregătiţi pentru achitarea, în următorii 2 ani de la data înmatriculării, a impozitului pe avere, care constituie 8% din costul obiectului impozabil. De asemenea, proiectul prevede că procurarea, spre exemplu, a două automobile cu costul de 1,4 mil. lei fiecare nu constituie obiect al impunerii. Cu toate acestea, cota automobilelor noi constituie doar 17.3% din totalul înmatriculărilor de automobile din ţara noastră şi nu fiecare, la moment, poate deveni obiect al impunerii conform criteriilor cost-anul producerii. În special dacă luăm în considerare, că circa jumătate din numărul total al maşinilor înregistrate au o vechime de 8-10 ani.
