Цена на российский газ для Молдовы будет определена позже

Цена на российский природный газ для Молдовы на I квартал 2017 г. пока не определена и станет известна, возможно, на следующей неделе, заявил Октавиан Калмык. Министр экономики сообщил, отвечая на вопросы журналистов после заседания правительства, что молдавская сторона пока не получила от «Газпрома» официальной информации на этот счет. В то же время, как отметил глава Минэкономики, анализируя тенденции на международном рынке нефтепродуктов, можно ожидать, что цена российского газа для Молдовы в I квартале 2017 г. будет ниже, чем в прошлом году. По его словам, среднегодовая закупочная цена газа для Молдовы в 2016 г. составляла $176 за 1 тыс. куб. м. Октавиан Калмык напомнил, что цена российского газа для нашей страны рассчитывается ежеквартально по специальной формуле, учитывающей цену реализации газа «Газпромом» в страны дальнего зарубежья за последние 9 месяцев, а также динамику цены на газойль и мазут за 9 месяцев, непосредственно предшествующих кварталу поставки газа. Он подчеркнул, что точная стоимость российского газа для Молдовы в I квартале 2017 г будет озвучена сразу после того, как «Газпром» представит такую информацию «Молдовагаз». Отвечая на вопрос о возможном снижении тарифов на газ для конечных потребителей, министр экономики сказал, что соответствующее ходатайство в НАРЭ можно будет направить, если закупочная цена газа существенно снизится. В то же время, Октавиан Калмык напомнил, что ранее АО «Молдовагаз» накопило большие финансовые отклонения из-за несвоевременного утверждения тарифов на газ, и эти потери должны быть компенсированы за счет новых тарифов, и компания может попросить роста тарифов. Глава Минэкономики отметил, что цель ведомства заключается в том, чтобы не допустить увеличения тарифов на газ для потребителей, и эта задача выполнима.
