Цены на сахар больше падать не будут

Цены на сахар больше падать не будут. Так считает финансовый директор Südzucker Moldova Октавиан Армашу. По его словам, в 2014 году цены на сахар в ЕС упали на 60%, а в Молдове – на 12%. В результате стоимость продукта уже едва покрывает затраты производителей, из-за чего многие переживают финансовые трудности. «Цена на сахар упала до такого уровня, что не покрывает прямых затрат на его производство. Я не думаю, что мировые цены продолжат падение. Они достигли себестоимости самого эффективного производителя в мире – Бразилии, то есть порядка 400 долларов за тонну. Не думаю, что будет ниже», - подчеркнул финансовый директор Südzucker Moldova. Для молдавских сахаропроизводителей мировое падение цен усугубляется обесцениванием лея и потерей российского рынка. «Внутренний рынок потребляет только 80 тыс тонн. Порядка 100 тыс тонн мы производим для экспорта. Мы работаем на рынки стран ЕС и СНГ, но цены сейчас там очень низкие, поэтому возможности поставок ограничены. Слабый лей, безусловно, помогает при экспорте. Но не стоит забывать, что сейчас начинается новых сельскохозяйственный цикл. Нам нужно закупать за границей семена, удобрения, пестициды и другое сырье. За него мы платим в валюте. Поэтому стоимость выращивания сахарной свеклы, ее переработки растет. Наши финансовые обязательства также в валюте. И это бьет по карману уже сейчас», - рассказывает Октавиан Армашу. Россия, напомним, ввела 1 сентября 2014 года таможенные сборы для сахара в размере 360 долларов за тонну, что автоматически сделало молдавскую продукцию неконкурентоспособной на ранее важном рынке. Квота на экспорт сахара в ЕС составляет только 35 тыс тонн. И это на фоне того, что в 2014 году был установлен рекорд по производству сахара в Молдове - 170 тыс тонн.
