Certificarea auditorilor interni din sectorul public
- cererea de admitere la examenul de calificare - în original;
- carnetul de muncă ce confirmă angajarea şi vechimea în muncă de cel puţin 1 an în domeniile: audit intern în sectorul public, contabilitate, economie, finanţe publice, tehnologii informaţionale, drept şi audit extern - în original şi în copie;
- buletinul de identitate - în original şi în copie;
- scrisoare emisă de către conducătorul entităţii, ce confirmă realizarea sau participarea la cel puţin 2 misiuni de audit intern în conformitate cu Standardele Naţionale de Audit Intern - în original şi în copie.
